Tag your menu with the 14 EU allergens in about five minutes

Why this exists
Allergen info is not optional in the EU
Under EU food information rules, restaurants and cafés selling non-prepacked food have to clearly indicate the 14 major allergens. For distance selling, allergen info has to be available before the guest orders and again at delivery. This tool gives you a clean chart and labels you can print, post, or embed, without paying for a whole menu platform.
Educational guidance only, not legal advice. Check local enforcement, especially for precautionary labeling.
Build your allergen chart
Add each dish, tick the allergens that apply, and the chart updates live. Print when you are done.

Questions we get
EU allergen labeling FAQ
Which allergens are covered?
The 14 allergens defined under EU Regulation 1169/2011: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin, and molluscs.
Does this count as legal compliance?
It gives you the structure and labels. Local enforcement varies, so check with your food safety authority if you are unsure, especially for precautionary "may contain" wording.
Do you store my menu?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Use the Export JSON button if you want to keep a copy, and Import JSON to bring it back later.
Can I use this for distance selling or delivery?
Yes. For distance selling, allergen information has to be available before purchase and again at delivery. Print the chart for packaging and paste the labels into your online menu or checkout notes.
